Can my tickets be refunded if I can no longer attend? Print

Students wishing to cancel any or all of their tickets must submit a signed ‘Ticket Cancellation and Refund Request’ form to ceremonies@ucl.ac.uk before the following refund deadline:

- 4pm (BST) on Wednesday 6 June 2018
The ‘Ticket Cancellation and Refund Request’ form is available to download from our website: www.ucl.ac.uk/graduation. No refunds will be processed after the deadline.

Please note that all tickets are non-transferrable.
