All Students MUST collect their ticket(s) on the day. If you do not collect your ticket(s) you will be removed from the presentation list and script and will not have your name announced. You will also not be permitted entry to the auditorium or reception areas.
We do not post tickets out to students or guests. All tickets will be available for collection on the day of your Graduation Ceremony from the Registration Desk.
Your tickets will be available to collect on the day of your ceremony from the Registration Desk. Please go to the venues page (http://www.ucl.ac.uk/graduation/venues/july) for the location of the Registration Desk.
Please ensure you have your UCL Student ID card or another form of photo ID in order to collect your tickets. Please note that guests cannot collect tickets on behalf of graduands – graduands will need to collect their student and guest tickets in person.
At registration you will be given an envelope containing:
- Your graduation ceremony ticket
- Your guest ticket(s) (if you have purchased any)
